Once you have placed and paid for your order through our secure server you will receive an order reference number. On receipt of your order we will ensure that it is despatched as quickly as possible, if we are unable to provide the goods or have an issue with delivery, size, stock or colour, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund.
All the prices are correct at time of publishing and are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to change them. The prices shown have no hidden extras such as tax, or insurance. Any additional components such as delivery are clearly shown and added to your shopping basket.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the description, specification and colours of all items on our website are correct at the time of publishing, we cannot be held responsible for slight variations.
Any date or period for delivery will be considered as an estimate only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.
All goods are sent to the delivery address stated when purchasing goods. Our standard delivery charge is £3.99. Order total must be £50 or over after any promotion code has been applied to qualify for free UK Delivery.
Right To Refuse To Supply
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Acceptance Of Your Order
You are required to inspect goods within a reasonable time after you receive them and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you want to return your order by sending the goods back to us within 14 days from despatch date. If no such action is taken, we will consider the goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

We will hold details about you such as; Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail address and Credit/Debit card details.
